Is Spondylosis, Related With Tingling Sensations In Arms And Legs?

Two years back I had mild to moderate neck pain turning into headache later and tingling sensations in arms and legs. MRI of neck showed tiny uncovertebral spurs at c3-4
1 mm central disc bulg at c5-c5At c5-6, a 2mm broad-based disc bulge mildly fffaces the anterior thecal sac
At c6-7 , small uncovertebral spurs and 2mm lateralizing disc bulge extend to neural formina
Spondylosis is mainly seen in the mid cervical region where there are traction disc bulge.
after 2 months the symptons vanished away and i was feeling mild nec pain which normally went away afetr1 h
But now I have been feeling tingling sensations in my arms ang in fingers mainly in left when I sit and move my arms and some times when i walk, rarely I feel the same in right arm.
I have not seen any neurologist as yet, planing to go india in June where I am planing to see a neurologist.
Am I experiencing these symptoms because of the spondylosis? Please give an answer.
