Is Spotting After Doing Yoga Normal?

Hi doc, I am a 29 year old female planning to make a baby ASAP. I have migraine problem, although it s not very frequent nowadays. I usually take vasograin for migraine and zentac/aciloc for acidity. I do yoga with some advance poses like halasana, chakrasana etc. whenever I do chakrasana I see some red spotting in my underwear. So could you please guide me further to have a safe conception ASAP and other required information. Hope to hear from you soon Thanks & regards, Nidhi

hi healthcare magic user, Yoga is safe if you are planning for to get pregnant.
Halasana is to be avoided during periods as it may lead to retrograde flow.
Other poses if they are troubling you should avoid that also.
You have to be investigated basic inferlity check up and husband semen analysis.
If all tests are fine please start doing follicular study and plan accordingly.
Wish you all the best!!
