Is Spotting And Back Pain Related To Pregnancy?

Hi, I m delayed of my period for 1 month I try to use the pregnancy test. First it was positive but the second line is blurred. So I decided to take a test again and it was negative. But I experience spotting and my back is pained and most of the time my puson so hurt.

Spotting and back pain is not necessarily due to pregnancy. These symptoms can occur due to reproductive tract infection (RTI) also.

I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
