hi i am a 22 year old girl, who takes the othro patch as a form on contraception, i took it off as normal in my patch free week and was supposed to out it back on the following wednesday, i was late putting it on and then had unprotected sex the following week it has been 4 weeks and i was due my period this sunday but have just been spotting little bits of pink and brown blood, i have also been having weird tummy cramps and headaches and hotness at night could i be pregnant?

Hi..as you have had some irregularity in your patch application, there are chances of your getting pregnant..so get a urine pregnancy test done at home by self. If its positive, transvaginal ultrasound to be done..to ensure the viability of embryo and site..
