Is Spotting In A 5 Week Pregnancy A Sign Of Miscarriage?

Hello my name is Louise I have uterus diaphysis I think that s how you spell it I just found out I am 5 weeks pregnant , I had a scan last Friday which showed a sac in the left womb ( I ve had 3 baby s in right womb) and started spotting last night it all stopped today but started again this evening I m worried sick it s a miscarriage
