Is Spotting, Passing Blood Clots, Back Pain And Fluttering In Abdomens Signs Of Ectopic Pregnancy?

I had skipped days on my bcp and now I haven't had a pill in over a week. Since the 18th I have been spotting but now I am passing huge clots. I have noticed a fluttering in my abdomen along with hip and back pain. Could this be withdrawal bleeding or ectopic pregnancy?

Hello,
Missing the pills has caused a hormonal imbalance. Yes, pregnancy is possible also due to missing the pills. The bleeding is occurring due to the hormonal imbalance. I would suggest an ultrasound of the bleeding doesnt stop on its own.Ectopic pregnancy may not be a possibility this early.
