Is Spotting With Blood And Itching After Menstruation Normal?

hi, after I had period, i had it again but is little with brownish blood and little red blood too, and is itches alot, i don't know if is radish or rash but i am scare how should i cure it. i wonder is it because i didnt wash it clearly, i wash with soap not inside the vagina but outside the vagina and i only wash the hair with water, is it cuz i should wash the hair with soap?
