Is Spotting With Thin Bloody Mucus Discharges, Breast Pain Normal Menopausal Symptoms?

I am going through menopause but have not stopped haviving a period for 12 months straight yet. Before this past Mar. My last menses was in Nov 2013. Then I had periods on Han, feb and spotting in Mar. Since mar, I have not had a period. I now have a blood tinged thin mucous discharge, no odor . I noticed last week, my left breat was very painful. Is this all normal ? B/g- I am a diabetic who has been dxd with MS and systemic sarcoidosis.
