Is Stiff Neck Headache With Fever Common During Lupus Infection?

I have lupus and have had a sore throat for about three months. My rheumatologist didn t seem to be worried about it but it has been 6 weeks since I have seen her. I woke up this day with a headache.and very stiff neck and a low fever and I am so very tired. What could it be?

Hi this is very serious, first we have to rule out infection by all investigations and by CSF exam.
If infection rule out than steroid can e given
