Is Stinging Sensation Upon Scratching The Mole Normal?

Genuinely curious -- I have a small mole on my left side that is really tiny, smaller than a pencil eraser; doesn t hurt to touch, but sometimes when I have just scratched myself in that area the portion where the mole is stings. It s doesn t hurt to a simple touch, but if scratched by my finger nails, it stings. So, my question is...is it normal for that to happen? It hasn t changed color or size in years, and it s only if it s scratched.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have not given the site of mole, it need to be kept under observation if this goes on changing size and shape and colour then it has to be sent for investigation may need biopsy in case of simple mole it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
