Is Stomach And Muscle Pain A Part Of Flu Symptom?

I had the stomach flu this morning...i have had muscle pain all day but just now getting worse...i can now barely open my eyes, I am getting sharp pains in my chest and upper back o the right side as sometimes it is in my shoulder too. I live 2 hours away from a hospital, so I was wondering if this is just part of the flu.
