Is Stomach Erosion Related To Abnormal Uterus Lining And Fibroids?

Hi Dr. Grief, I just had an ultrasound today for post menopausal bleeding. The lining of my uterus looks abnormal and there s evidence of fibroids. Two weeks ago I got the results of an endoscopy: stomach erosions and the biopsy showed some changes in some stomach cells. Could the two be related?j
