Khaini is a form of chewable tobacco. So all the ill effects of tobacco can also be seen with khaini.
Tobacco causes increase in stomach acids and gastrin secretion, which can in turn result in peptic ulcers in stomach and small intestine. This increases gastric motility and may cause loose motions.
I would recommend some acid lowering drugs like Pantoprazol along with an anti acidity agent and mucosal protector like Sucralfate or Mucin.
If the pain and loose motions are not relieved then I suggest a visit to a gastro-enterologist is neccessary. Thank you.
