Is Stomach Pain During Pregnancy Harmful?

im 21 weeks pregnant. i have been over doing it with house work that is non stop. bearly sleeping, have stomach pains etc. What does over exertion do to the baby?? how bad is it? cause i feel physically very bad. My stomach is in pain, but what soes all this do to baby??

Abdominal pain during pregnancy can be due to obstetrical causes in addition to other common causes of abdominal pain.
So, do not neglect it and instead provide details regarding the site, any radiation, severity, associated symptoms like vomiting/loose motion , fever for further suggestions.
