Is Stomach Pain, Feeling Dizzy With Nausea Signs Of Being Pregnant ?

We ll hear is the thing my girl friend says she feels dizzy and everything she eats she feels like throwing up.. She has really bad pains in her stomach ... I think she might be pregnant he token a test already I don t now wat to do to help her out :/

Hello,

Have antiemetic pills and PPIs and have UPT followed by USG. Do CBC to rule out anemia. Have healthy food. Drink cold milk or lemonade.
