Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Pains/cramps and bleeding after discontinuing Femynor may be caused by pelvic changes to the withdrawal or may be caused by a pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) or STI as discontinuing in most cases may not give such symptoms. However, these symptoms while on Femynor are normal side effects. You will however need to be investigated since the pain were there before you restarted your shots.I will suggest you consult your Doctor to exclude a PID or STI.
Hope this will help you
