Is Stopping Ramipril For A Short Period Risky?

I have been taking ramapril for a couple of years and constantly get water infections, have continual aching in lower limbs, no infection found on testing water sample, but on dip stick shows blood etc. cna \i just stop taking ramapril to see if symptons go away?
