Hi,
Looking at your history, I can conclude that you have several medical issues, but none which can complicate the stress test.
Stress test is advised to evaluate your coronary blood vessels to manage increase work load on the heart. If there is any narrowing in any vessels, it is going to show up on the ECG.
You need to get this stress test done to evaluate your cardiac risk and if required get an stent surgery to reduce the risk of future myocardial infarction.
I advise you to go for stress test.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help you again.
