Is Stroke Related With Facial Numbness And Dizziness In Children?

Can a 16 year old girl have a stroke? My right arm kinda felt like it was falling asleep for no reason and I've been dizzy for about an hour.. Then my face went numb, but I think I'm just scaring myself into thinking I might be having a stroke... The numbness went away for the most part, now my arm just feels like there is pressure on it.
