Is Sudden Withdrawal From Norvasc Safe?

I’ve been taking Norvas 10 and Concor 10 now I want only to take Concor is it ok As according to my doctor this Norvas 10 is creating problem for my kidney now he wants replaced this with Lasartan 100mg which I’m not happy about the dosage further more I think I do not wish to take this also...

Different medicines come in different doses.
It does not mean that the medication is stronger.
Because medications work differently, are broken down differently- their starting dose varies. A 5 mg starting dose for one medication is the same as a 50 mg for a totally different medication.
It does not mean that the person taking 50 mg is taking a stronger medication- just a different one that works along a different pathway in the body. Losartan is in the family of medicines that can potentially protect the kidneys, it (and similar medicines) are particularly used in diabetics to prevent kidney damage.
Blood pressure medicines do not need to be weaned off, you can stop them suddenly.
