Is Surgery Advisable At C1 Facet Joint Causing Severe Pain?

Hi thanks, I searched free doctors advice, 58 yo male. I fell straight into 400 lbs of steel. Full body weight. I have had 2 injection for diagnose purposes. So it was worded I have a very bad facet joint. Unfortunately It s the one attached to your brain. C1 atlast. She said not many people will take on this. I saw a neorsurgeon and he jumped all over the place , never mentioned c1 or the words facet joint. Clearly he doesn t want to do it So is there any surgery approach to this dibiliting pain. Other than that im healthy.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here it does not indicates anything that could need any surgery, but it can be well managed with medicines alone or in very mild symptoms no need to take anything and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
