Is Surgery Advisable For Pain Caused During Bowel Movement?
Hi, I am 24 year old female. I have recently been sensing pain while passing stool and its getting severe day by day. When I visited a doctor she gave me sensof medicine and she said that I have a tear in my anal region which is causing the pain and added that I have to take a surgery if not cured by this tablet. Now when I took the tablet I had loose motion and tiredness with headache. Kindly suggest me if surgery is necessary and if this is a chronic disease. Also if this is anal fissure.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pain caused during bowel movement which seems to be due to acute gastroenteritis. It could be due to electrolyte imbalance in body. It can also occur due to anal fissure and piles . Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid large intake of meals at a time and take small and frequent meals. Try to take non spicy food as much as possible .You should exercise on daily basis. You should take proper rest. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. You should get blood tests done to find out underlying cause. Your symptoms will resolve in 3-5 days. You should have plenty of fluids to rehydrate. You should take diet rich in multivitamins. You should do tepid sponging as well. in case of anal tear or fissure surgery is required , otherwise it can cause more complication .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
