Is Surgery Advisable For The Hump In Lower Ribs?

I had thoracoplasty done 10 years ago, but they only removed the upper of my hump, I still have a hump on my lower ribs. Can I have the surgery again to remove the other ribs they did not remove in the first surgery? My upper ribs have grown back straighter
