Is Surgery Necessary For A Swollen Lymph Node On Neck?

Hi Doc Good Day, i just wanted to ask if is there a way to cure a small lymphnode on my neck without undergoing a surgery? Lastly, i am applying for a job in some part of middle east and i have a Pulmonary TB scar, the last time i went to have a check the xray result has found a scar.my last check up was on last December 2014 and as of now i haven t go to my Doctor for a checkup. Is there a possible that my application in UAE will be denied?or pass?

Hello,

Lymphonodus is due to TB. If it is also scar then no worries, if not then it should be excelled by surgery for biopsy. You should talk with your doctor for this.
