Is Surgery Needed For Genu Varum Causing Difficulty In Walking?

hi im a 19yr old female with genu varum i cant stand for long period of time and if i run or walk rapidly my knees hurt horribly iam concerned that this will just get worst is the surgery for this expensive and should i try getting it done soon before it gets worst?
