recently my uncle had a problem wit his neck,

it was stucked while he is in work,(he is a farmer)

He went for a treatment ,doctor told him to take MRI scan ,reports came .The doctor said it need operation(surgery),I am having the reports with me if you can give me i will send you the report .what i really need is "Does he really need an operation or can it be cured with medicines"
