Is Surgery Only Solution For PNS?

hello there does PNS ... needs surgery ?

because my dr told me its ok now , i should use the antibiotek and if it gets worse i should go to him for surgery. for now there is no pain or any thing diffrent i can see .. it just bleeded once and never did again
