Is Surgery Only Solution For Carpel Tunnel Syndrome?

Hello, My name is Pamela and I want to see if there are any otc that might help with my carpal tunnel? My doctor has me on diclofenac and every now and then it works but mostly I can't find anything. Going to have surgery but that's a ways out. I wouldn't know how to act if I didn't wake up every day in pain. thank you.
