Is Surgery Recommended For A Large Lump In The Vaginal Area?

Hi! I have this big lump on side lip of my lady part. I was researching about this and Bartholin gland cyst seems to be the case. I have had it for a few years. It started off small and now it is 5 times bigger than when it started. It doesn t hurt. When I feel down there it feels like fluid filled sack. My question is do I have to get surgery to have it removed or is there something I can do and it will go away.

Before surgery you try to make it pop by itself .
Have constant baths with warm water with baking soda or epson salt to help it drain .
The surgery is recommended in cases of repeated cysts.
