Is Surgery Recommended For Acidity And Block In Food Pipe?
one of my office staffs wife is suffering from acidity quite frequently. doctors are saying that the food pipe is blocked and she needs surgery and it is getting blocked since long many years. My question is does she really needs operation or can it be cured with medicines.Pls help.

As you have mentioned block in esophagus could be due to any growth in it or motility problem.
Any growth in esophagus need to be removed, though it depends on stage.
