Hello dear
Understand your concern
Incomplete abortion is common problem after the abortion. It causes excessive and prolonged bleeding, infections and abdominal cramp. So treatment is needed. As per your history you have done USG so no confirmation is needed. It should be treated by either drug misoprostol (under observation of gynecologist ) or by surgical process like D & C or Suction evacuation. So better to go for any above treatment rather than wait for next period.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
