Significant spasm of the paravertebrid muscles of the back. L5-S1 posterior and right posterolateral disc hemiation and extrusion showing right sided caudal migration.
Comsequent compromise of the right nerve root of S1 and slight opposing thecal indentation as described.
Mild L5-S1 retrolisthesis
For this i hve to go through surgery or with exercise i can be ok?
