Is Surgery Required For Parasagittal Meningioma?

my mother is suffering from right parasagittal meningioma (noncancerous, size 43x45x35) who is under treatment of Dr. Alok Gupta of VIMHANS, Delhi. she is also having Asthma and morethan 25 years back she was having TB also...could you suggest whether at the age of 65 surgery is good...VIMHANS is right place to handle any situation (Neurological and cardiological)
