Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are wondering if surgery the only option to correct extra muscle in nose. Well there are other treatment options also apart from surgery like nasal corticosteroids like fluticasone , oral and injectable corticosteroid and other medications include antihistamines to treat allergies and antibiotics to treat a chronic or recurring infection. Aspirin desensitization and treatment may benefit some patients with nasal polyps and aspirin sensitivity. If drug treatment doesn't shrink or eliminate nasal polyps then your shoule consult ENT specialist for proper examination and doctor may recommned endoscopic surgery to remove polyps and to correct problems . For now take steam twice a day and do warm saline nasal rinses .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
