Is Surgical Treatment Advisable For A Buried Penis?

I have a condition called adult buried penis brought on by obesity and this seems to not be a very common issue. I see some Urologist around the U.S. have surgery procedures to fix this but most are far away. Do you know of any Urologist in the Southeast U.S. that can treat or fix this condition. Preferably in SC, NC, or GA? I m having a hard time just trying to get in to see a Urologist locally and I don t know if they can even help me.
