Is Sweating On Hands A Side Effect Of Encorate Chrono?

I'm taking Encorate Chrono for the past 10 years and my age is 22 years and i'm getting some serious sweat in my palms and in my feet. So i wanna ask is this the long term side effect of the medication and if yes, what should i do??? Plzz help me, i'm really concerned
