Is Swelling Above Collarbone Related To Pain In Upper Abdomen?

I have swelling in both sides of my neck above my collarbone, the right side is worse, this has been going on for several months, the swelling just gets worse and it also itches only on the right side, I also have pain in my upper abdomen and between my shoulder blades are these related or should I be worried
