Is Swelling And Bruising On The Foot A Matter Of Concern?

hey, last night i dropped a tv on my foot, it imediatly turned blue and where it hit and swelled, i put ice on it last night and elevated it....today it is bruised and looks like a cut on the impact area (it didnt bleedat all) and it is still swelled i cannot put much weight on it and it is still throb paining, the area is very sensitive and painful to touch...should i see a doc?
