Is Swelling In Ear Lobe A Side Effect Of Augpen-LB?

Hi, after taking Augpen-LB for Rhinosinusitis,I am noticing a swelling on my ear lobe. Before taking this medicine it wasn't there. There is no pain from this swelling to establish any kind of insect bite. Is it a side effect of this medicine? My age is 45, height 5 ft 11 inch, no past medical history.
