Is Swelling In Fingers Side Effect Of Dynapar?

dynapar was a new discovery fr me...i suffer rom severe migraines for which it has been helping cope better...but i feel it causes swelling in my fingers and other parts...is it because of the medicine? My menstrual cycle is otherwise normal, except that it comes with a (almost) killing migraine.
