Is Swelling On Top Of His Head Related To Sun Burn?

My husband recently got a bad sunburn on top of his head. He has minimal hair on top. The top of his head coming down towards the bridge of his nose is very swollen?. Is this normal or can it actually be because of the sun/ Or maybe other issue I should get checked out.

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion or swelling may not be due to sun burn but it may be something else, chances of sinus infection need to be ruled out or other type of infection it is advisable to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
