Is Swimming Safe While Having Rashes And Raised Bumps On The Heel?
I have a rash on the inside heel of my right foot about 2 inches in diameter. It began as very dark red slightly raised bumps and after two weeks has began to bubble and spread to between my toes. I am thinking that this is from some kind of weed, but I m not sure. We have a pool and I want to know if it is safe to swim or will that make it worse? What can I do to help it disappear?
Hello Dear. May be you have fungal infection of foot. Get examined by a physician or dermatologist who may prescribe you antifungal tablets and cream. Apply it for s week or two as prescribed by the doctor. Till that better to avoid going to pool as keeping foot wet may aggravate the infection.
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you. All the best With warm regards Dr Sanjay Kini
