i am a 18 year old female and i have regular periods,but i have pelvic pain on both my ovaries on a daily basis and it REALLY hurts, and my back is always hurtin,to the point where i went to the emergency room and they did a ultrasound and a exam finding out that my left ovary is really enlarged and i have a cyst on my right ovary,but thats all they told me! do you think its possible that i could have ovarian cancer or early stages of it??
