Is Swollen Stomach, Balloon Like Flap Over Incision With Pain In Public Area Two Weeks Post Op Normal?

Hi, two weeks post op. Stomach still swollen and I have a balloon like flap over incision that was never there before surgery. Is that normal? Also, pain on my pubic area. Normal? Can I sleep on my side.? Should I wear band around my stomach? Thanks.
