Is Swollen Tonsil Malignant?

Hi, I just realized that my right tonsil is slightly larger than my left one. I have no other symptoms such as fever or swallowing difficulties. I do however suffer from allergies and my throat has been dry lately when I wake up in the morning. Every time I google one swollen tonsil, the only thing that comes up is if it s one swollen tonsil then it is most likely cancer. Is this true?
