Is Syphilis, Linked With Nose Bleeds And Bloody Vomiting?

My common inlaw has been drinking for 5 days str8 he is now feeling fluish and also is having nose bleeds and is vomiting blood and has the sniffles and sleeps alot but im scared cause i just found out it could be syphilis or it could be alcohal poisoning

Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Syphilis would not manifest with nasal bleeding and blood vomiting. Other manifestations like genital sore, skin and mucus membrane manifestations usually would have occurred with Syphilis.
Those symptoms can occur in chronic alcoholism not as an acute poisoning.
With examination and other investigations, one can fix the exact cause for these symptoms.
