General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the systolic pressure over 150 at 91 years of age is absolutely fine and normal.

Just continue your antihypertensive medication, prefer a salt-restricted diet, regular exercises are best to add on suggestions for the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
