Is Tachycardia A Serious Heart Issue?

HI, I'M 43 YEARS OLD FEMALE, HAVING ABNORMAL HEART PALPIATIONSFOR THE PAST 5 YEARS INCLUDING :ARRYTHMIA , BIGEMINY& TRIGEMINY HEART BEATS, IN ADDITION TO THE RBBB. & SOMETIMES I GET TACHYCARDIA.

I'M CURRENTLY ON TENORMIN 25 MG , BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. PREVIOUSLY USED CONCOR PLUS & CONCOR 2.5 AND BUT THOSE ALSO DIDN'T WORK. IS THAT A SERIOUS HEART ISSUE? AM I AT RISK OF SUDDEN DEATH? IS THERE ANY FINAL TREATMENT FOR THIS CONDITION?

There are other classes and several drugs in each class

The effects depend on the cause and associated morbidity
Generally benign, if ECHO and examination are normal

Consult an Electro physiologist (a subspecialty of Cardiology) – there are advanced techniques of investigation & treatment
