Is Taking Amlodipin, Trazodone, Carvedilol And Plavix Together Safe?

amlodipine 10mg, trazodone 100mg, carvedilol 3.125mg, plavix 75mg, lipitor 10mg, zestoretic 20-12.5mg. how bad is this mixture of drugs? I am being treated for high blood pressure and arterial blood clotting issues. I feel lethagic, achy and shaky at times, almost like a hangover. I also have a rapid heart beat (99) that comes and goes. Blood pressure has been remaining in a good level.
