Is Taking Anastrozole Safe For The Treatment Of Breast Cancer?

I just got off radiation 37 secession secession s oncologist wants me to take anastrozole for 5yrs I m 73 side affects looks bad I have a lot of things it can cause Don t know if I should chance it my breast cancer was stage 1 had surgery & lump node were clean
